Installation
The installation of this module is similar to other RISE CRM module. Login to your RISE CRM website
- Go to Settings > Plugins > All Plugins
- Install the flexform.zip which you have downloaded from the Envato Market with a valid purchase code.
- If module successfully installed, you will see on modules page. Click on Activate link to activate the module.

How to Create a New Form
To create a New Form, Go to the Admin Section of your Perfex Software
On the Left Side Menu Click on the "Flex Form Builder"
Provide the Form Information and Click on Save
Once you your form is created, you will be redirected to the Form Builder Page to start adding Questions to your Form
How to Add Questions for your Form
On the Form Builder Page, Click on "+ Add New " as shown in the screenshot below
Choose your Desired Question Type and Click on Use This Block
The Question/Block will be added to the page, you can now Start editing to meet your business Needs
How to Add Conditional Logic to Fields
Conditional Logic allows you to show or hide fields based on the user's response to a previous question.
For Example, if you have a question asking if the user is a student, you can show a follow-up question asking for their student ID only if they answer "Yes" to the first question.
To Add Conditional Logic to a Field, Click on the Field you want to add the Logic to, and Click on the "Logic" Tab
Choose the Field you want to add the Logic to
Choose the Condition (is, contains, less than, greater than e.t.c)
Choose the Value to Compare the Field to
Choose the Action to Perform if the Condition is Met
Click on Save
Once you have added the Logic, the Goto Field will only be displayed if the Condition is Met
The In all other cases, Goto Field will be displayed if the Condition is not Met
You can add as many Conditions as you want to a Field
You can also add as much Logic to a Field as you want
Once you are done, Click on Save to Save the Logic
